Open the console and type netspeed 12000. Could be you aren't allowing enough bandwidth for all the
checks the server is putting you through. Could also be the Active Firewall creating just enough of a problem
to cause you to get disconnected. Could be one of a million things.

Either would work. You can go all the way up to 20000 but might notice packetloss.
10000 is about the average broadband connection. Here is an interesting and
educational read with photos and screenshots explaining each point. After
reading, you'll be able to optimize your connection.
