Why does the DOU server turn off my dodging?

Took awhile to figure out which server turns off my dodging, but I finally eleminated all but DOU.

Why does the server turn off dodging?

We have a no dodge mod 8)

Most of us believe dodging is more for freestylers. It doesn't fit in with camping.
