I'm prepared to leave this world the Dec 21 2012.
That's the reason I'm eating pancakes like a crazy...
Now in summer, you should taste pancakes with ice cream...

A old exotic pankakes recipe
Ingedients
120g self raising flour
30g castor sugar
1 egg beaten
Tropical fruits, fresh or frozen melon, papaya, mango, banana
150 ml milk
Vegetable oil or butter
natural yoghurt
shredded coconut or toasted coconut.
1.mix flour and shugar together, stir in egg and milk and whisk until you have a smooth mixture.
2.Heat a frying pan or griddle if you have one, add a small amount of melted butter or oil to pan.
3.small amount of mixture into pan and cook until small bubbles appear on top of pancake. care fully turn over pancake and cook for a few minutes or until golden on both sides.
4.top pancake with some fruit a spoon of yogurth and then a sprinkle of coconut.
5.Server warm or cold.
