If you are unable to ping a server via a DOS command prompt, it is on your side. Check your modem/router/switch/whatever and make sure the ports to play on any UT server are open and not blocked.

edit: Also, try doing a trace route via DOS command prompt. This will pin point where the problem is.

Hello, my isp server had reset mi ip now I can ping the server and connect to this one to play, thx to everybody who tried to help me, I really appreciate it, and in reward I hope make some headshot to you in some time
