If you can make pancakes you can make Kohlrabi fritters. And they taste better imo.
I don't really measure anything when making these so I am guessing as to the ingredient amounts. Adjust up or down as you see fit.
You will need:
1 baseball-sized kohlrabi, peeled and grated.
3 eggs
milk
1/2 cup of your favorite pancake batter mix (or just flour will do fine)
salt
pepper
Take a medium sized bowl and mix the kohlrabi, eggs and pancake mix.
Then slowly add milk while mixing until it's like a thin batter.
Heat a skillet to medium and using oil sparingly fry them up like pancakes. Lightly salt and pepper while frying.
Serve with either applesauce or apple butter for a topping.
