Favorite Cooking Shows...
What are everybody's favorite cooking shows? I am a Food Network junkie myself.
I think "Good Eats" is a good show. The stuff Alton makes is usually on the more simple side but still of good quality. The show explains a lot of basics and is really good for beginners.
Now "Chef At Home" is pretty good too. The guy who hosts the show is a bit of a wuss, but he comes up with some pretty unique stuff. He does also teach the beginnings of cooking without a recipe.
"Emeril" is someone I don't care for. He may be a great chef but his show is just stupid. People worship him to the point where if he pours some olive oil into a pan people will start cheering. As such, he can pretty much make anything and he does, some stuff I wouldn't eat with Chicken's beak.
There are tons of cooking shows, who likes what?

More fun here: http://bbc.co.uk/food
And of course: http://www.cookingforengineers.com/ Not a show, but interesting nonetheless.

But you can go and see http://www.chefbernard.com <<< Did any of you go to his site ?
I recommend to go to La Jolla and have a dinner there !!! You can die right after !
(or go and eat at the Marine's Room in La Jolla. CA close north of San Diego). He is a very good friend of mine.

You know... I'm a "black belt" in cooking Filet mignon sauce poivre" !...
Which means Beef in Pepper Sauce. But I really pushed the adjustment of the sauce in it's last details !!!
Many friends of mine ask for it regulary and I'm very proud of this !
But you can find in the upper ranking... my brand new girlfriend which is a pure "Cordon Bleu"... !
Everytime we've got people home, they told her she could open a high quality restaurant !... I think I got kind friends...
Jokes apart, I never been eating such fantastic meals before she came into my life !!!
Really sad you're so far from home !!!

I Love Paula Dean
I hear she's working on a way to bread and fry a stick of BUTTER...It's the most important food group of the day!

I am proud to have you judge me as a man
through the lens of my enemies’ character.

Well it's not a exactly a cooking show but I love "Man vs Food". Some of the shit he eats is amazing.
