How do you resize an animated GIF for your avatar?

Re: GIF resize?
I am not sure if this will help, but in your User Control Panel, there is a place for Avatars. If you look towards the bottom, you will see:
Avatar dimensions:
Specify the width and height of the avatar, leave blank to attempt automatic verification. px X px
The max is 160 pix by 160 pix. I resized mine to 120 X 120.
If you are referring to file size, then that is a whole different matter. I use Animation Shop 3 from Paint Shop Pro to actually cut frames from the animation.
