Hamburgers you say,

How about stuffed burgers:

2lbs ground round
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 eggs (beaten)
Worcestershire sauce (how much you want)
1 tomato (sliced)
1 onion (sliced)

Mixed first four ingredients in bowl, form in to patties (8). Then place sliced onion and tomato on a patty then place another patty on top and seal the edges. Place on grill (depending on what type of hamburger you used it might flame, so I use aluminum foil to cover grilling surface). Cook'em till you like em!

Sounds weird but they taste great!

Yeah, I have a new and wonderful recipe too, but it is on my old computer. When my order comes in and I have what I need to access the drive on the old machine, then I will post the recipe verbatim for you. I could do an approximation for you, but since this is an entirely new way to make a burger, I want to make sure I have it 100% right.

I don't always follow recipes when cooking, but I do follow them verbatim when trying something new. This way if I don't like it, I know it is because I just don't like it and not because I bastardized it to the point where it was no good (it can happen). Then, if I like it or feel that it holds promise, I will get creative and try to improve on it.

Chef is dead, he died like a year (or so) ago on South Park. Geeeeesh, pay attention would ya.

Good thing we don't hand out random quizzes here

It's funny that you said that. For those of you who don't know, Isaac Hayes, the guy who voiced the character "Chef," died last weekend.

Apparently, since it is a rule of Scientology, he has now reincarnated and is serving L. Ron Hubbard.
