PR Bullshit. Now you know where the snow in Snow Leopard comes from.
I am happy with my Tiger, I was not a sucker for Leopard in the first place.
Now they promise to do next year what they should have been doing for the
last 3 years, concentrate on getting performance into the OS. My Tiger system
runs fine on 1.5GB RAM, where would I need (afford) 16TB? Pure specsmanship.
We can do 16TB, neener neener! In 1012 we'll do 32TB! BFD. (Yawn.)
I would be happy with a system that doesn't need patches every couple of weeks.
Apple's OS is just as patchy as Windows. I have a rotating desk chair and when I
finish patching my Windows boxes my iMac is ready for the next security patch.
