Again....Maps that need to go

Looks like this needs revisiting again.

Secrets maps. Here's a couple that lead to arguements and unenjoyable matches for many of the people who play on our server.

Trofa Soccer Stadium. The usual crap over people using the secrets. Also have been past allegations of teaming.

Laundry. Same assaulting over secrets, deemers....ad nauseum.

Need to lose them.

If it creates drama, it needs to go. The complaining and bickering is driving a wedge between a lot of players, not to mention it is taking a lot of fun out of being on our server.

Besides change is good and new maps are usually fun IMO.

First of all i want to say hi to everyone this is my first post, and well, i agree that these maps only cause people to fight to win those spots and also increases the number of attacks and revenge, so if u want to remove that maps, just say bye!!

"Revisio... if you decide to modify a map I suggest to modify the laundry map

1) first delete the secrets...including the redeemer corridor (sorry Lovely...)
2) create new respawn points in the bathroom
3) put some boxes in the bathroom to create new dark spots...
4) modify the teleporters position

forget the stargate map... that map sucks... "

I could do the changes also...

Hey if you can remove the problem areas I say 'Go for it"!
There's maps where secrets were being abused like Trofa Harbor and many other that could return if the secrets were removed.

I've definitely thought about it but I don't have the patience for it.
Never did really. I was just obsessed with learning everything I
possibly could about the game at the time I did the map. If I
do make one, it'll probably be for UT2004 because I've really
started getting hooked on that recently for some reason. After
a ton of tweaking settings, you can get UT2004 to play like 99
and it's fun, too.

I wouldnt say we are picking on your map. Infact i love playing it on the freestyle server (esp with deemers) lots of fun blasting your way around the map in the low grav.

Lol... Dear Draco, I apologize for the above mentioned thing...

Correction: Really the map does not sucks...

The problem is the crowd of runners and gunners who generates this map...

That crowd sucks...
