The healthy part I need to concemtrate on is avoiding the acid reflux. The repeated burnings in the same area is what lead to my current troubles.
Burgers like these wouldn't be a problem as long as I don't have them later in the day.
After weeks of nothing but pudding, nutrition shakes and fruit juice I get hunger pangs whenever I see one of these.
