Update 2 this has gone to tech support there is something wrong with the box itself have to wait on them now......

Update this is being looked into more info as and when i get it .....

from what i can see the whole box is down and cant be seen could be a major problem.......

Actually we had this on not sure why it still isnt, but Tommy right now is without internet and will be a few weeks till he gets it back so will be atleast that long before anything happens....
