does anyone know if there is a way to run UnrealED from a flash drive so that I run the program on a computer that doesn't have ut99 installed?

the only way to do that if you have the full game on the flash drive

Well theres a good idea, thanks. i just copied the entire Unreal folder to my flash drive and it works. I thought i would need .dll or registry files, but I don't

so next ?, anyone know any good mapping tutorials?

I have lots of down time at work and need something to keep me busy so I don't go insane

I think you'll find some good stuff here (click on the right turning UT logo)

Hey that is my site - Holy Gad-Zooks!
Thanks for the plug LOL

Yes - We have quite a bit for UnrealEd2 - I plan on organizing it better soon.
We have a new mappers pack also among other downloads.
If you need help or any other tutorials - just e-mail me or PM me on my forums.
