Would someone who uses a PC please explain in moderate detail how to use the ut cache cleaner?

1) Download UTCacheCleaner3

B) Install UTCacheCleaner3

3) Click RUN

D) EXIT Cache Cleaner

If you can find one that runs on a mac lol

P.S never move aryx or bpak these seam to be used on a few servers and always different versions
