Server download fix for COD4

If your having trouble downloading the server list here's a link to fix the problem. Download and replace file servercache.dat.

Open the game, on the main menu select "join game" When the page loads, in the top right corner select Add favorite, Add the ip in the there.
Server ip = 173.208.146.178:28960
