I up graded to win 10 and now my video is messed up in 99. Very dark and low res with no option to change in game options, please help.

For starters...

Can you just re-install the game? Thats your best option. You can save the old game to move your wanted files later if that is the case.

Or, try deleting the user.ini file in your games system dir.

If this is no good we will figure something else out.

Seems as if its not picking up your network card, have you set your connection settings in the game? I wonder if maybe your network device needs updated, easier way to do this is to left click your start menu select device manager, highlight you network card and left click and select update drive, windows 10 seems pretty good at sorting it out drivers on install buy might be worth a go, il have a look about and see if I can't find out what's causing it. Check also that the game isn't locked behind windows fire wall or any other anti virus software u have

I had a similar problem when upgrading from windows 7. My network card driver was not supported in Windows 10. I was finally able to find another one from Broadcom that worked.

internet kind of worked with the old driver but not for UT. Investigate your NIC driver and see if it supports Win 10.

I got ut 99 back going but now my screen is very dark and I forgot how to brighten it. I moved the slider in settings all the way but still dark. Can you help?
