Server crashed in the middle of a game with a couple of people. Thought it was me, reloaded the game, and all the DOU servers are 9999.

They're up again. Normally they will reconnect with the server after a crash.

If all servers were down, it was probably an error with the provider.

I think our provider is working on the cage our server is held in. Kinda sucks but not much I can do...
