Terrible noise during the game UT99

I have a problem with UT99 sound. On some maps during the game there is a terrible noise in the background of a moving elevator, a flying redeemer or, for example, the bustle of the city.

And all this regardless of my place on the map. You can say an endless reverb.
I had WinXP before and everything was fine. Now with Win10 it started.
Anyone could help me, please?

I'm not sure if I can do it. I thought it was a known issue, but not for me.
At the beginning I will try to reinstall my game. Frankly speaking, the game works from my old drive. I just put the old disk in a new computer. The OS is instaled on a new SSD drive, but UT99 has not been not reinstalled - it remaines with settings for WinXP - maybe this is the problem. Maybe being lazy is not good?
