I do not know if anyone watched Bon Jovi's concert before the Daytona 500, but on the last song a lady by the name of Jennifer Nettles came out to sing with him.
Jennifer is the current lead singer of the band Sugarland. She formerly was the lead in the Jennifer Nettles Band.
I used to go see her in the JNB every time she came to town. We have talked on many different occasions and I have no doubt that she would recognise me now. Hell, she would sit with my former boss and myself and drink a beer with us.
I am so happy to see her FINALLY getting the recognition that she truely deserves. She is an amazing talent. If you liked the vocals of Janis Joplin, then you would like Jennifer. That and she is a genuine person. My boss was in love with her. I can say that I too was enamored a bit as well.
