I did see almost all the series when it ran on cable. Feel free to discuss anything except Bestor's fate as that was one of the things I missed.Tommy wrote:Big fan here too. I recently watched all the movies and all 5 seasons. Definitely enjoyable. I have comments but sonce you're not all that far into it I will hold them for now.

Londo is a Centauri. The Centauri have um, certain attributes that humans lackThe Jargonaut wrote:What? Does he have like space herpes or something?Don't let Londo fool ya! Watch out for his ummm... thingy...
I have only seen one episode of this series, but it was excellent. I may have to get the DVDs as well.

I actually liked the role reversal between Londo and G'Kar from the begining to the end of the whole thing one nice the other being evil.Tommy wrote:Londo was my favorite character. He was someone you loved to hate and hated to love. He started out as a happy go-lucky diplomat and his life took an eventual turn toward the tragic. There could have been a whole series just about him I thought.

I don't actually think of Londo as being evil as much as a tragic figure. If he knew what would eventually transpire as a result of his actions I think there's no way he would have made any deal with Morden.*DARKMATTER* wrote:I actually liked the role reversal between Londo and G'Kar from the begining to the end of the whole thing one nice the other being evil.Tommy wrote:Londo was my favorite character. But don't forget Vir (Stephen Furst will always be Flounder), who was an excellent choice to counter Londo's impulsiveness and excesses. Unlike other Centauri, he always put his morality before his pride.
