Try this one out. Pong with fluid dynamics?

REQUIREMENTS:

* Recommended Specs: 2.0 Ghz P4 or AMD equivalent; 128MB GPU
* The target framerate for this game is ~40-50 FPS. Slower computers may have to adjust performance settings to compensate.
* See the readme.txt for tips on how to optimize game performance

Be careful. This thing is addictive!

The sandbox mode is really cool as well. No game, but a fluid dynamic simulator.
The game is not like regular Pong in that the fluid currents add a lot of strategy to the game. It is like playing Pong is a swiming pool and your paddles also have water jets to change the direction and velocity of the ball.
I have paid $50 for games that are not nearly half this entertaining.

Forgot to mention that it is free :)
