You better do something. If you are 12meg down and getting 3000 range you aren't getting anything near 12meg speed. I have a 10meg connection and you see my score. I spike to a max of about 13000 but stay in the 12500 range when downloading at max speed.

I guess maybe Pebcak could help, or maybe Wabbit if he sees this. Wabbit has FIOS and talks the talk so I am assuming he can walk the walk too.

Sup yall,

Your speed may vary. Try other servers in the test. I got my best speed to Atlanta. Talk to your ISP and confirm what you are paying for. 3 meg cable is pretty common. sometimes there are tiers that you pay for to get more speed. 1 meg up is pretty good.

NOt bad I guess I am only paying for 7 mg and its alot higher! but it varies sometimes i get the 7 and in other places i get much higher as seen here! Its never steady always changing,but i never have less then the 7 that im charged for!

Try resetting your router. Try connecting the modem directly to a computer without a router and see what happens too. But it seems to me as though a service call is in order. Hell, if they provided the router as well, just call and tell them and they will send someone out to fix the shit for you. It would be a shame to let it go.

Funny wave, you have a great download speed, better than mine, but your upload speed sucks moose balls. You should call too and make sure you are getting the speed you are paying for. Your upload speed represents a 1/2 meg speed.
