UT download issues

I have most of the stuff loaded on my new computer for UT99 and most things are running decently. The main problem I am having now is that it is taking a long time for server queries on UT99.
I have all of DOU's servers and many others in my favorites but when I click on it only a couple of the others show up and the rest (including all of DOU's) time out at a 9999 ping. If I right-click one of the 9999 servers the ping and all the other info comes up for that server after about 5 to 7 seconds.

Any ideas on how to correct this?
