Since deer (gun) hunting is around the corner...

...and bow hunting is in full swing. Anyone have any good venison recipes :?: Most of the time when I cook the chops or t-loins on the grill I soak them in Jack Daniel's marinade for a bit in the fridge (couple hrs). Just looking for some new ideas :idea:

Well my wife makes some great V-burgers.
She's not home but I can give you the basics.

Fresh chopped Onions.
Bread crumbs.
Franks Red Hot sauce.
Salt and Pepper.
Mix it all together and cook.

I like Tator Tots and beer with them.

Hey....I'm just back from penn. and this year I ground almost the whole thing. When I do tenderloin or strap I am not as picky about marinades as I am about getting the meat off the grill before they are char. I pull them off at 140F . dash of lemon juice in the nade makes them tender.. :snipe:
