I have made several failed attempts at filling out the application to join DOU. Posted below are the error messages I received each time I try. Please let me know when the page has been fixed.

I think if the error keeps repeating it’s allright to copy the questions of the application form and send it by PM to either Cygnus or Yo mAmA.
