I have Comcast high speed cable. Runs me $61 a month.
Looking at Bellsouth DSL FastAccess XTREME service. It's $43 a month.
Up to 3Mbps/ 384Kbps (best effort)
732 - 516 = $216 a year I could save and put towards other things. Doesn't seem like much, but adds up ya know.
Anyone gaming with DSL? Will that be fast enough?
Or should I stick with my cable internet?
Cable or DSL?
Re: Cable or DSL?

Just check your distance and contention ratio for dsl, not too sure what the figures are in the U.S but in the U.K cable is way better to have as here as dsl say up to 3megs download and you could get maybe 512kb and not be able to do a thing about it they did say up to didnt they. Cable usually gets pretty close to the stated speed and less contention too.
