Connection Failed Downloading 'US_animlogo' not allowed?

"Connection Failed Downloading 'US_animlogo' not allowed"
Tried to connect to the server and this is the error that I get.

I didn't have any trouble connecting to the SAS server.

I got the connection Fail Downloading "US_animlogo"
How can i solve that problem?

It is a file that is part of UT2004 Jailbreak.
I checked and confirmed that it is on both the server and redirect, so I do not know why you are having problems getting it.
Regardless, I have zipped it up and made it available for both of you. You may download it at:
http://clandou.com/US_animlogo.utx.zip
Just extract the file named US_animlogo.utx.zip and place it into your UT2004/textures folder.
When I boot into windows i will remove it from my dir and then connect to the server to see if it downloads. I suspect it will.
