I would read the bulletins on that service pack before installing it.
I let someone talk me into installing that and it it screwed up my machine, bad

Clean install... Not a upgrade?
I tried Upgrading to XP before and it didn't work out so well.

, crashed my outlook. Lost 4 years of saved e-mails.

Too bad you can't roll back the past few updates or go back to an old restore point.
I always dual partition (OS/Data) my disks just in case i have to clean install on a fly.
In case I have to blow out windows....my UT99 is safe on the other side!

I hear that, I have 3 internal and 2 external drives. With all the problems I have had in the past My C drive only had the OS on it.
Strangely though I do have 1 USB port that will not work also.
