Good luck..!
Anyway, there are small silverside fishes near your fishing corner?
If yes then try it cooked only by lemon juice and condiments...
Clean silverside, cut off the head and take off the spines and scales... open the body and flatten it...
...then completely submerge it in lemon juice with pepper or other species during about three or four hours...
The silverside should change colour from semi transparent to a pale white color...
Accompany it with corandier and onion, thinly sliced
You can roast small slices of bread also...
Oh yummmy...!

Sure, sounds good. Let me know what we'll be after so I know what gear to have ready.
