It isn't there. Assaulting with a deemer is not allowed. If we would post all the does and donts on the sniper rules it would be a 100 pages bookwork.
Assaulting with a deemer is still an assault. We consider it assault with a deemer when you walk upon someone and launch your deemer as in a close kill.
However when you have a deemer in your hands you are a free target and even a close kill is allowed at that moment.
I dont understand your last 2 comments???/ they seem to contridict each other......
Do I understand it right, that NOT FLYING but just carrying it in your hands you can run in and shoot up close???? cause that is what is going on alot.
I get you cant write all the rules in detail or you will end up with that stupid list like FN has right now, and no one will have any clue.

The problem here is that you cant always see if the person is just holding the deemer or is actualy flying with it.
You cant run to a spot where you know someone is flying a deemer, but if you encounter someone holding a deemer, on your way to a spot, a close kill is alowed.
The main reason for this is that we consider the player who is flying the deemer is at the spot of the deemer. Not on the spot where he holds the deemer.
just so I have it clear....you CAN NOT run in and fire deemer to get close kill, it is STILL an assault, which is against the rules. According to Lennox and YOYO you are allowed to do that. Which is correct???
inquiring minds want to know???
