I have a question.....where in any rules that you have posted does it say you can assault with a deemer??

I dont understand your last 2 comments???/ they seem to contridict each other......
Do I understand it right, that NOT FLYING but just carrying it in your hands you can run in and shoot up close???? cause that is what is going on alot.

I get you cant write all the rules in detail or you will end up with that stupid list like FN has right now, and no one will have any clue.

The problem here is that you cant always see if the person is just holding the deemer or is actualy flying with it.

You cant run to a spot where you know someone is flying a deemer, but if you encounter someone holding a deemer, on your way to a spot, a close kill is alowed.
The main reason for this is that we consider the player who is flying the deemer is at the spot of the deemer. Not on the spot where he holds the deemer.

just so I have it clear....you CAN NOT run in and fire deemer to get close kill, it is STILL an assault, which is against the rules. According to Lennox and YOYO you are allowed to do that. Which is correct???

In assault or close kill there is NO difference between using a sniper rifle or a deemer. It's both not allowed.

If anyone else tells you a different story, they are in the wrong.

Ofcourse there are always exceptions to the rules. You can close kill with a deemer when someone near you has also a deemer in his hands...

Not kidding you, its the only alowed freestyle map on the camping server....

Is this a joke? B/c every time when that map is picked, it turned out to be a R&G due to lack of spawn points.

Ok... at least I can be relief that I could help myself to R&G on that map instead of finding a place to camp.
