As of September 26th 2012

CHAKAL_RECARGADO has been permanently banned from DOU servers for repeatedly breaking the server rules and ignoring Admins.

If you think you are wrongly accused feel free to appeal to your ban.

I told him, that he is banned from this server and kicked him. He returns everyday as if he did not understand his status.
