Clan {DOU}

Todo baneo es "permanente". El ban permanente es votado por los miembros del Clan DOU. No es una decisión de una persona.

Existe la posibilidad de apelar al Ban. Una apelación al ban se puede hacer en este mismo tema del foro, o enviando un mensaje (PM) al autor de este tema, dando razones por la cual el afectado estima no le corresponde o dando excusas si el afectado comprende su falta.

Si no se apela, el ban se mantendrá permanente.

Si se apela, la apelación será estudiada por los miembros del clan quienes opinarán sobre si aceptarla o nó, bajo ciertas condiciones. Luego se votará nuevamente. Si la apelación no es aceptada, el ban se mantendrá permanente y definitivo.

Si la apelación tiene éxito, se le informará al infractor, quien de todos modos deberá cumplir una sanción de 30 días como mínimo.

Si un jugador baneado mientras se encuentra en proceso de apelación, es descubierto jugando escondido bajo otro nick o tratando de burlar la sanción, será mantenido el ban definitivo sin ulterior apelación.

Bans will be permanent, but with an appeal process. When banned, even if the appeal is successful, it can not be lifted before 30 days. An appeal to a ban can be made on this thread, or by sending a message to the author of this topic.

If you should not appeal, the ban stays permanent. If we discover, while appealing, you're still playing on the server the ban stays on.

If the appeal is not to our satisfaction the ban stays permanent. After the appeal you need to get voted in again by the DOU clan to get unbanned !

An appeal is a process for requesting a formal change to an official decision.
If the appeal is successful the permanent ban will be cleared after 30days, starting from the moment the appeal was voted for.
