As of May 26th 2013
MoonlightOnCans has been permanently banned from DOU servers for repeatedly breaking the server rules and ignoring Admins.
If you think you are wrongly accused feel free to appeal to your ban.
This topic will be for the banned player only to react on.

Too all players, Ive played under these aliases and I take full responsibility for my actions. I apologize to all DOU members and other users that I may have upset. At times I may play a little fast, react and shoot moving to another spot- I didnt realize this was an issue to become a perm ban. I respect all CLAN members of this server, never ignoring them or been rude and when spoken too I've complied. I'm admitting fault, because there have been times where I know I was in the wrong and other times- a gray area. This is about my actions, but I do know I've camped on the server and havent been a complete nuisance. Ive seen other users constantly reminded of running, back up killing etc and getting kicked.. I never knew I was at this point (never kicked) and I'd like to know, so I can then learn from those mistakes *Im being respectful*. I hope this can be resolved by an appeal and would appreciate to talk further in teamspeak. Time will tell and I hope that I can be forgiven.

Thanks for your appeal and making apologies.
I have informed the clan about the appeal made by you and will await their replies on it on the members only section of the forum.
Making your apologies like you did is Always a good start.
I will contact you again within a week.
Remember that if your appeal is successful you will still face a 30 days ban, starting from the day I have made contact with you on teamspeak.

Officialy changed into a 30 day ban, due to his appeal.
Ending July 8th.
