Well, finally after a summer of waiting (3 cancellations) I got to go on Lake Michigan Salmon fishing. We only caught 2 fish but it was still enjoyable. The first one was 9 lbs 13 ounces and the second was 10 lbs. 5 ounces (33 inches long). Both were females. Seemed to have been a slow night for all as we heard the same results from others that were cleaning their fish when we got in. I'll get the photos up in a bit when I get them loaded to my site.
Got some kitty fish to post as well 😉

Guess I shoulda been a little more informative 😀 When the charters do go out (mine wasn't a charter) you could catch trout as well. The limit with the Great Lakes stamp is 5 of any combination Salmon or Trout.
Wish we woulda had a better day but we didn't get skunked anyway 😉

I wish I still was in Ireland !... There are some like that there but you have to pay to fish salmons so... trouts are ok too... and tax free ! 😉

Our Great Lakes Salmon and Trout stamp is only $10.00 so to me even the one time was worth it. I go to see my chiro again tomorrow so maybe I can talk him into another trip 😀
