In all fairness to the man, according to the law and the punishment given to him, he has served his debt to society. Not everyone may agree with that but it does follow the guidelines that was setup in the U.S. Constitution.

I think its a culturally acceptable action from where he is from......you cant take the hillbilly out of someone!!!
