I am going to hold a clan meeting this coming Saturday at 1PM EST. This is a little later than usual because I'd like to give some of the west coast people a chance to attend if they would like. I don't know of any specific person that already plans to attend, just giving this a try.
If anyone does intend to show, please post below and let me know. You won't be committed, I would just like to get a general idea of interest is all. As such, nobody is required to attend, but if you have an interest in listening in, even if you don't have a mic, please do. Also, if you have anything to say, here is your opportunity to do so.
I will post a list of things I would like to talk about and get feedback on, and also if anybody wants something else to be brought up, post here and I will add it to the list.
This meeting might take a while as there is a lot I would like to discuss. If there is something that you need / want to discuss, but your time is limited, let me know and I will move you to the top of the list.
To be discussed:
New Website - What I would like and how I plan to get it made. I would like for people to let me know what they would like added to the site.
Forum - I want to migrate this existing forum to wordpress without losing the messages. This will be difficult.
UT4 - Our clans involvement with this game as well as finally putting up a a server or hub. Obviously, we do plan to heavily support this game if Epic gets off their asses.
UT4 mapping project - There is a way to convert UT99 maps to UT4. {DOU}The_One has done several already. I would like to create a group for this purpose. This will be discussed in detail.
UT99 Maps Server - Create a server with the maps we want to convert.
Ladder Software - I would like to start testing our ladder / tournament software and will need volunteers to help with this.
UT99 Skins - It's time to create some new skin packs for our members that actually play.
New Skin for DOU UT4 - Epic has put out a model to be skinned. We will be looking for volunteers who may be willing to learn to make a clan skin.
Discord Server - Do we want to try this out?
Clan Mailing List - We need to create a 1-way mailing list so I can get ahold of people.
Games - We need to decide what games to officially support as a clan.
Cracked COD Server - I'd like to see us have one.
Forum - We need to discuss getting people to use the forum again like in the past.
UT99 Servers - I have done a lot of work lately on the servers. This will be discussed.
UT99 Servers - Lets change the maps up a bit.
UT99 Servers Cheat Protection - Updating this and the problems with it.
COD Servers - Lets get some new maps here too!
UT99 Holiday Servers - Eh?
BO3 Server - TBH, I just would like this for myself. Would anyone play with me?
Scumbags - I'd like to purge a few people from the forum.
Recruit Form - It's time it was updated to gather more relevant information.
Add Stats - Maybe put up a stats page for the UT99 sniper server?
Removing Members - We need to start removing clam members that we know will never return.
Other servers - We have other servers running that rarely get used. Lets discuss them.
Yeah, all of this will take some time to discuss. It all depends on who else has something to say. I will re-order all of this in a more logical way.

I didn't forget, but sometimes the overload of duties overwhelms the amount of time available.
That is why you most often meet me on the server at 3 am (GMT) - then I only have a little time just for myself and for you.
I feel very bad about it. Sorry guys ...

It's a little under an hour and a half.
I am going to re-purpose the pending projects area of this forum by creating threads for everything that was discussed during the meeting. Then we can delete the threads as items get finished and see where we are. I'll re-listen to the meeting myself soon and get that going.
