COD4...

I'm not too sure if anyone really knows why I haven't been around lately... I have, but I haven't...

A little birdie told me to get setup with COD4 and that we all were switching to it...

I could understand this when there are about 8072 COD4 servers compared to 1054 UT99 servers.

I tried to keep playing on our servers hosted by Dylan but they seemed to disappear without notice?

I took it upon myself to pick up a server myself so I could see what I could come up with as far as configuration goes.(See my sig?)

It is playable and it works without Punkbuster and it is considered "Ranked" as your stats will be the same across all "Ranked" servers. Adding a MOD like PeZBot makes it "Unranked" and the MOD itself doesn't like to be stable as far as the number of Bots. This is a Linux based server and part of the PeZBot MOD is you will need to do a restart every so often and the Linux based COD4 server doesn't like a soft Reset.

I would like to offer anyone who like to help Moderate this server R-Con access just in case if you find an Aimbotter, Namechanger or anyone who has a "Kill Report". I'm sure that you will find other reasons but I hope that you will use the R-Con wisely.

Configuration with a 1.7 Linux-Based COD4 server is kind of tricky as there are a few things that don't work as it should and I would like to find more information about it.

The Server Name that I have for it I would like to keep. Having Punkbuster and running more than 24 open game slots LAGS the server so I'm not going to use it. Having about 50 slots are normal for most popular COD4 servers.

If anyone would like the R-Con password and can help out please post a YES! below and I will give you the necessary information.
