The Quake 2 server is a perk For helping Turkey with support questions that come in from their other Quake 2 customers. As such it must remain a Quake 2 server (which is fine with me anyway since I still play the game).
However, as a recruitment tool it has seriously failed, and I don't see that changing in the future.
So I am removing the recruitment ban from the server. So other clan may now recruit for their team/clan on the server.
I figure at the very least it will create more traffic for the server. If it does pose a problem I can re-instate the rule later.
