It did it to me yesterday when trying to go on Camp's test server !!!!
If you can't enter, rename all the Soldier_DouTeam.int and Soldier_DouTeam.utx AND Soldier_DouTeam1.int and Soldier_DouTeam1.utx AND Soldier_DouTeam2.int and Soldier_DouTeam2.utx in your UT Sytem and UT Texture folders !
I myself put an underscore at the end of the extentions.
Then, you will load the good file and enter the game
