Vahalla Avatar was added to the practice server today (finally). See, I do in fact do shit, just takes forever.
Now all of your skin difficulties should go away. I mean, disconnecting, then changing your skin, then re-connecting to the server, that kind of enormous difficulty. Anyway, all skins will work now. But if you use a skin that someone else doesn't have (non-stock) they will see you as a green soldier. But no more glowing skins and the like.
