Season 2 pre-season Tournament

I thought it would be a cool idea to have a single elimination tournament right before the beginning of season 2 so that when season 2 ends we can see how well the people did in the ladder as compared to the tournament. Will the winner of the tournament win the ladder of come in last place? Will the opposite be true? Or will the tournament be prophetic? Anyway, here is how it works.

Everybody in the ladder will get added to the tournament. The system will automatically pair you with another team. You will then play that team. The winner advances to the next round and the loser is eliminated from the tournament.

I am hoping that most of the tournament can be played over the span of a weekend, but it will be set so that the teams can just agree to show up and play when they can. I will also have a second server running to help this along. Regardless, I will be all over people who delay the matches, but to be honest I think it will go smoothly. We will have around 2 weeks to get it done so I think we will be O.K. Half of you reading this will only play one match anyway. 😛
