FYI: for season 2, anybody may form any team they wish. This includes creating new teams and switching teams from the one you are currently on. You can change team names as well. Anything you want to do. If you are interested in playing but don't have a partner, post here and we can find someone for you to play with.
As fragged nation is a bit hard to navigate, if anybody is trying to do something and finds it difficult to do, please let me know and I will help you get it done.
