I was playing tonight while SOP had 16 people on their server (five of them theirs) and a guy I had never seen before left there and came here right at a map change. He picked Airport and it's kicking both of us every ten seconds "Timeout during check spawn". He was having the same trouble.
This same thing happened the other night. By the time I got back on, the other guy probably thought I was an ass and dropped the game. He was gone and didn't come back. That kind of stuff doesn't help.
.... and now it looks like the server is down.
Dunno, just looked, it's up. The server was probably lagged. Unfortunate but it happens. If it is happens more please let me know.

Until I got a report from the other guy that the same was happening to him, I had previously blamed it on my cheap North Korean surplus hardware.
