Absent for a short time....maybe

I'm going to have to put my dog down Saturday. I've had her since she was a pup. 16 years. Dunno how I'll be feeling afterwards so I might not be very sociable for a bit.

I did what need to be done. I buried her in a nice, quiet place under some pine boughs near a small clearing in a public woods. It was a very hard thing to do but I believe she is free to run and play again, somewhere.

That's pretty much all I want to say about it for now.

Glad your doing ok Cyg. I fear that my old dog is going to be gone soon. She is 22 years old. We got her when I was three. She cant see, cant hear and Im pretty sure there isnt much left of her hip. But she still acts like she is a puppy from time to time
