Anybody else having difficulty?

Whenever I compose a PM or a forum post everything I typed is gone should I have to leave what I was doing for any reason. Just now I had a post all ready and I didn't realize I was signed out. A message came up asking me to sign in first which I did. Then the post screen comes back up without anything I typed. Is there a setting that could be changed for the security features to go from paraniod to normal? I'm really starting to wish for the old forum back. Better graphics now but absolute crap to use.

And while I'm on the subject of this forum, did anyone ever come up with a solution to fix being dropped in at just about any point on a post?

(End Rant :redflipoff: )

Same thing has happened to me. I am getting used to copying my long post or PMs in case it happens. I think that it is a security feature to keep spammers off the boards.

If by dropped you mean when you click on a message it opens down screen, it does that relative to screen position the last place you were. That is a bug with the Joomla wrapper that holds the forum. Razor and i know about the problem and do want to fix it if we can. The other problem, again with Joomla, is that it times out, again, something we want to fix. But as you all know I have had a full plate lately and Razor has been working as well. In the mean time, if it bothers you that much (and it did for me) the fix is to enter the forum directly, bypassing Joomla by going to:

http://clandou.com/html/forum/

If you need to login, just try responding to a post where registration is required and it will prompt you to login. I am doing this now and the forum works a lot better. Give it a try.
