I am updating information on all clan members. This is the first step in clearing out all the old members that will never return. If I had done this years ago, I think we would have more people around now. It is what it is. Anyway, please pay attention here as the following is required by all clan members. Read this entire thread before going on to the form. 01) Go to:02) Fill out the form as best you can. Only the items marked with a red asterisk (*) are required. You may leave the other fields blank if you wish, or fill them out. 03) Submit the form 04) Come back to this thread and make a post stating that you just completed the form. Please do not skip this step. 05) If you think it is time to move on and no longer wish to be a member...no harm no foul, just post here or send me a PM and skip the form. IMPORTANT******** : On the form I do ask for real names and addresses, etc. You do not have to give this information out unless you want to. It is just so that people who have given me this information in the past have an opportunity to update it. There have been times when people needed to give me this info, and there will be times in the future as well. But if this is not you, just skip those questions. As for your Cell #...This is not required either, but if you want text notifications of upcoming clan matches and other events then include it. Your number will not be shared with other members, not even other admins. If you have given me your # in the past, please do so again so I can make sure it is up-to-date. I am sure some #'s have changed over the years. As for the rest, it is required, so please fill out the form ASAP.
