who is Blister? Seen them in spectate mode b4 they cam on the server.
He's a server regular, been comming here a while if memory serves me. Had a couple of problems with him before but not often.

Did you see this via the RSA? It will show someone in spectate while they're going through the security checks when entering the server. Just wait a short time and refresh players. Then you'll see him as a player. It can also show everyone as a spectator for a time during a map change.
