I think there are a few admins old and new, that are getting a little bent out of shape on things and NEED TO CALM DOWN, this clan has always and WILL always be on the more tolerant side so deal with it......

Maybe it’s a good idea to follow a kind of action plan in which there are written the exact steps to take, when action of an Admin is needed.

Like for example the first, second and third warning before kicking someone by an Admin.

Looks like we could need a real guideline in this matter.

I understand the worries of DM about this. The Admins need to be on one line. Imo they are a kind of police force on the server most of the times, but they should also be a good host. We could write an example of the things that do happen on the server and how to react on it. It would be more of a standard procedure to follow.

On the other hand I don’t think the Admins need to calm down, because we just need them around as much as possible to make sure there aren’t any guest that pass the line every time they do come into the game and spoil it for the ones that obey the rules.

Example case:

You’re in the game and players are complaining about a certain player. You haven’t seen anything wrong yourself. How do you react to this situation…

More cases can be added so we can see if the Admins are all on the same side…

I think what Darkmatter means is you should deal with available facts and try to remain objective about a situation.

When you allow yourself to get emotional about whats happening you lose your objectivity.

That's why we should make an action plan. To follow steps, without getting overheated about it.

But ofcourse there is always emotion involved when players are getting personal to Admins or members in general.

Keep your head cool and try to stand above it is my advice.
