Clan DOU members behaviour

Hi all

I know, and I understand for sure, how the troublemakers affect some of you guys...

In fact, troublemakers had invaded our "social club"...

Considering that point of view, it is easy to develop amounts of rage and some hang up or obsesions...

The natural reaction raises in the form of a vocabulary full of profanity, like some topics in our member forum...

Well, the point I want to develop, has nothing to do with this, so please do not confuse it....

I will talk about other problem...

I have observed, during the games, when an admin warns some guest for some kind of rule breaking, some of you lose your composure and insult the guest without reason or motive, despite the fact that while playing you can not see what has been the fault of the warned guest...

I think that's not right, reveals a lack of our behavior, and encourages the guests to be rude to us.

if we lose our composure, then we lose the moral integrity to criticize and punish offenders.

I do not think we have excuse for this bad behaviour. If some of us are upset or angry due troublemakers, we need to develop a better strategy to police the server, and not to develop the same bad habits like them...
